Karen Schlüter is a lawyer and has studied in Germany and abroad. She has 15 years’ legal experience in higher education and science management, including as researcher and study programme coordinator for the European Studies programme at Otto von Guericke University, Magdeburg, as a DAAD lecturer and as a consultant in the Saxony-Anhalt State Chancellery. Before moving to DZHW, Frau Schlüter worked in higher education and student research at the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) in the Universities department.
