Dr. Katharina Thies

Dr. Katharina Thies is a postdoc in the research area Educational Careers and Graduate Employment at the DZHW since October 2020. She studied social sciences with the subsidairy subjects of psychology and psychosocial medicine at Giessen University. After that she was research assistant in a project funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research to enhance teaching and learning skills at OWL University of Applied Sciences and Arts. She completed her doctorate in psychology at Paderborn University on emotions of university lecturers.
