Thorsten Euler has been a researcher at the German Centre for Higher Education Research and Science Studies (DZHW) since 2017. After project work, mainly in the DZHW graduate studies and the Student Life Cycle Panel (SLC), he has been working as a data curator in the Research Data Centre for Higher Education Research and Science Studies (FDZ-DZHW) since 2023. Thorsten Euler graduated as a social scientist from JLU Giessen and received his doctorate from Leibniz University Hannover in 2023. His dissertation deals with labour market and educational returns of highly qualified people with and without a doctorate. His research focuses on the career returns of graduates and survey methodology. Mr Euler also has gained extensive teaching experience in methods of empirical social research and statistics at various German universities.
