Jürgen Brünjes has been a researcher at the DZHW since 2013. His current research interests lie in cooperation, knowledge transfer and regional orientation of universities in the field of scientific continuing education. Dr Brünjes studied geography, politics and economics at the Leibniz Universität Hannover and at the University of Bristol. Subsequently, he worked for four years as researcher and lecturer at the Leibniz Universität Hannover and completed his Ph.D. in economic geography on non-farm wage labour and entrepreneurship in rural Vietnam.
